Shipping policy
We ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail (or First Class mail) and occasionally Fedex Ground. Shipping times and estimates are provided from these third parties and not guarantees of delivery times. All of our shipments come with courier tracking to provide reliable shipment status and determine if and when your package is delivered by the courier. We do not require signature release. If a package is not delivered to you and the tracking of the package also confirms it is not delivered yet, we will file a claim for you if it is evident the package is lost. However, if the tracking of your package shows the courier has delivered the package to your address, we are no longer responsible for your package; it is assumed that you physically received your product when the tracking shows it has been delivered. If a package is returned to us by UPS, USPS, or Fedex due to a customer error, we will have to charge the additional shipping fees to reship your package. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your premises or misdelivered by the courier. You however may file a claim with the appropriate courier and we will support you in this effort; however, we will not be responsible for sending out additional product simply because you claim you never received it, despite the courier tracking showing it has been delivered to your address.
